Meet the Leaders
Background checks are carried out on all adults within Scouting before they are permitted to work with the children. Leaders are also trained through the Scout Association adult training program.

Mr. Bak founded all four units of the Premier Scouting Family. He's a certified Search and Rescue member and a certified Life Guard. Mr. Bak is a trained Scout leader and has completed his Woodbadge training, Itol's, and Baloo training. Mr. Bak is the man with a heart of gold who created the units with the promise that every youth will have the opportunity to have fun and learn without regard to their situation (financial, Physical, etc). Mr. Bak believes you "get out of it what you put into it" and is selfless when it comes to his Scout Family.

Mr. Erik is a founding member of Cub Scout Pack 1721 and Troop 151 B & G and was a former Post Advisor for an Explorer Unit in Washington Township. Erik is a professional firefighter stationed in Washington Township, is a certified CPR and First Aid Instructor, and is a member of NJ Taskforce 1. Mr. Erik is a trained Scout leader and has completed his Woodbadge, Itols, Baloo, and COPE training.

Katie Wallis ~ Ms. Katie

Scoutmaster of 7151 G, Advancement Chair of Troop 7151 B and Cub Scout Pack 1721, Crew Advisor for Crew 21.

Ms.Katie helped founded all four units of the Premier Scouting Family. She is a member of the Search and Rescue Team. Ms. Katie is an experienced outdoors person (hiking solo on the Appalachian Trail) and brings a wealth of experience to the unit from operating large Girl Scout units as well as running Camps that hosted over 200 plus youth. She is a trained Scout leader who has completed her Woodbadge training, Itol’s, Baloo, and COPE.
Bob Mousley ~ Mr. Bob

Cubmaster of Pack 1721, Committee Member of Troop 7151 B

Mr. Bob is a founding member of Cub Scout Pack 1721. Even though his son has moved on to Boy Scouts, Mr. Bob has stayed on to help with the operation and future success of the Pack. He is a trained Scout leader who has completed his Woodbadge training, Itols, and Baloo training. Mr. Bob is an extremely active volunteer within the community. In addition to being heavily involved in the Premier Scouting Family, Mr. Bob is a very active member of the Hope Christian Fellowship Church in Woodbury and volunteers extensively at their organization. He is our fishing guru and has completed all of the requirements to become a Certified Angling Instructor.

Mr. Carl is a founding member of Cub Scout Pack 1721 and joined the Pack with his grandson. Even tough his grandson has moved on to Boy Scouts, Mr. Carl also decided to stay with Pack 1721 as a leader to help with the operation and continued success of the Pack. Mr Carl is a very active member of the community volunteering his time and efforts both within Scouts and as an active member of The Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Mr. Carl has a wealth of experience within the skilled trades and willingly shares his knowledge with our Scouting Family. Mr. Carl is also a USA Certified Archery and trained rifle instructor..
